Mission Statement: To maximize the profitability of Illinois corn  producers. In order to fulfill this mission the organization conducts  governmental affairs activities at all levels, market development projects, and educational and member service programs primarily in the state of Illinois. Illinois Corn Marketing Board - Founded 1982

In order to fulfill our mission the organization administers the state checkoff program, identifies and invests in market development and research activities, evaluates the impact each investment generates, cooperates with major commodity organizations on state, national and international market  development efforts, and disseminates timely information. National Corn Growers Associated - Founded 1957

The National Corn Growers Association (NCGA) is a national organization and represents more than 32,300 dues-paying corn growers from 48 states, including Illinois, and the interests of more than 300,000 farmers who contribute to corn checkoff programs in 20 states.

NCGA is a federation of state corn organizations and corn checkoff  boards, working to develop and implement programs and policies on a state and national level to protect and advance corn producer interests.
