Bill Christ, District VII
Bill Christ has been a member of the Corn Marketing Board for five years and currently serves as Chairman.
He began his farming career in 1978, when his grandmother rented him the family centennial farm.
Bill graduated
from Illinois State University with a degree in Ag Production. He is actively involved in his community and currently serves on the Farmer's Cooperative Association of Varna, Illinois, Snyder Village Nursing Home Board, Peoria Area Port Authority, Illinois Central College Ag Advisory Board, and Chairman of the Woodford County Republican Central Committee.
Bill is a member of the Cazenovia Mennonite Church and off the farm he has worked as a 
Country Agent for the past 27years.
Bill and his wife Sandy have two children, Thomas (23), and Laurel (17). They live on Sandy’s family’s farm that was settled by her ancestors in 1832. They have a small cow/calf operation, and farm 1400 acres.
