You’ll be hearing E-15 on the NASCAR broadcasts. If you’re a race fan, you typically hear the fuel mentioned as “Sunoco Race Fuel.” Keep your ears sharp and listen, along with tens of millions of other race fans, for broadcast announcers to mention “Sunoco Green E-15.”
April 15th was Sunoco Green E15 Day, and it was activated via Twitter and other social media outlets using the hashtag “#SunocoGreenE15Day.”

“From my vantage point, we ought to be doing things that help U.S. drivers adopt biofuels and encourage companies like those on the panel with me today to produce advanced and cellulosic biofuels. This includes things like helping retailers and drivers access E15, keeping the Renewable Fuel Standard intact, and incentivizing the production of advanced and cellulosic Biofuels.” - Richard Childress, CEO Richard Childress Racing
