Each summer the Illinois Corn Marketing Board funds two communications internships. A primary goal of the internship is to create short videos that promote corn. You may find this helpful in your discussions with friends or in your social media posts.

The first video highlights how gas prices are determined, illustrating the cost that E85 SHOULD be at the pump when priced appropriately.

This video is a humorous look at different types of corn.

In “Corn Covers All the Bases,” the interns give the educational message that there are many uses for field corn.

This year’s summer interns are Tim Marten, a student at SIU-Edwardsville, and Elizabeth O’Reilly, a student at ISU.
