WEATHER IMPACTING BUSINESSES, BUT FAMILY FARMS REMAIN OPEN

Feb 01, 2011  |  Today's News

No doubt you’re watching television, listening to the radio, or checking websites to find out what’s been cancelled, closed, or delayed due to today’s weather. But one thing’s for sure, activities on the farm must be maintained, despite weather challenges. Farm families must plan ahead and endure through these difficult situations, as the welfare of their livestock, especially, is a top priority. From Illinois Corn, we bid you to: Stay safe, and stay warm; take care of each other and your responsibilities.

The National Corn Growers Association offices are closed today, and presumably tomorrow due to the weather. The Illinois Corn Growers Association and Illinois Corn Marketing Board office is closed as of noon today, but a decision regarding tomorrow has yet to be made. If you call our office and receive a voice mail message, please know that we will return your call when we are able.
