CRAPPIE MASTERS SPOKESMAN IN SPRINGFIELD TOUTING ETHANOL
IL Corn has been working to expand market access for higher ethanol blends in Illinois. Unfortunately, some longstanding myths about ethanol are entrenched in the minds of many people. To get around that, IL Corn has engaged the help of outside spokespeople. Most recently, through a sponsorship of the Crappie Masters Tournament Trail, tournament spokesperson, and professional angler, Brian Sowers, spoke with members of the IL General Assembly to provide his insight on how ethanol performs in his boat engines. His educational visit is timely, as some senators and representatives in Springfield are hearing from anti-ethanol special interest groups with negative messages about ethanol. Listen to this audio update to hear Brian explain his experience.
