Interested in some of the ways IL Corn and the National Corn Growers Association continue to reach out to non-farmers, telling the story of agriculture?
Look no further. One important outreach program is Common Ground, which aims to connect farm women with non-farm women. They released a new video this fall that takes a look at sustainability and tries to engage non-farm women on an emotional level and help them look further at the farmer commitment to sustainability.
If you are interested in seeing more of the work Common Ground is doing on your behalf, check out their website, their Facebook page, and their YouTube channel. You will probably want to spend some time poking around.
This is good stuff.
