LEGISLATION AND REGULATION
The Congressional Budget Office released their estimate on Friday of the cost of the 2013 Senate Farm Bill. The estimate is that the bill, S. 954 will cost $955 billion over the period from 2014-2023. The bill is expected to be on the floor for this whole week, until Congress adjourns for the Memorial Day recess.
