How do I reserve a room at the AgriCenter Building in Bloomington, IL?
Reservations are made on a first-come, first-serve basis. Complete the Reservation Request Form and submit it to confirm your booking.
How can I check if the rooms are available?

Can I transfer my room reservation to someone else?
No, reservations are non-transferable and must remain with the individual or organization that made the initial booking.
Are there any additional fees for using A/V equipment?
Yes, A/V equipment is available for a fee of $35 per room, regardless of the room size.
Is catering available for events held at the Agri-Center?
Yes, all catering is provided by Redbird Catering. All arrangements must be made directly with them at (309) 828-8000.
What is the room capacity and setup for each meeting room?
- Room B: Seats 16, fixed arrangement with a large conference table.
- Room C: Seats 24, standard setup with alternative setup available.
- Room D: Max capacity of 200, standard setup with alternative setup available.
How many rooms can I rent?
You can rent all 3 rooms available together or separately.
Is there a fee for room usage?
Yes, the room usage fees vary depending on the room and the length of time (half-day or full-day). Fees are listed on the form under "Room Usage Fees.
Can I attach signs or decorations in the meeting rooms?
No, attaching signs, posters, or decorations to walls, doors, or furniture using nails, screws, tape, or staples is prohibited.
How can I make the payment for the room reservation?
An invoice will be mailed/emailed after your event
