Bryan Tomm
Bryan Tomm is a third generation farmer originally from Delavan, Illinois in Tazewell County. After graduating from University of Illinois with a degree in mechanical engineering, Bryan worked at ADM in Decatur, Illinois for 10 years. Upon the birth of their first child, Bryan and his wife, Suzy, decided to move to Southern Illinois and farm Suzy’s family farm. They have two children, Braden (11) and Brett (9) who are active in farming and 4-H.
Bryan serves on his local Soil and Water Conservation Board as the Chairman of the Board and serves on the White County Farm Bureau Board of Directors.
In addition to farming, Bryan does engineering consulting work on the side as well as selling Pivot Bio, a microbial product to provide crops with nitrogen, reducing the need for synthetic nitrogen.
Bryan is looking forward to serving on the IL Corn Growers Association board to help continue the growth of opportunities for Illinois farmers.
