Chad Dillenberger is a Monroe County native and agricultural leader with deep roots in Illinois farming. His experience spans roles in ag, finance, as well as hands-on management of a 1,600-acre grain farm in Valmeyer, IL. He graduated from Saint Louis University in 2004, majoring in finance, and then spent 15 years with Scottrade (a St. Louis based brokerage firm) as a Regional Sales Manager.  He is currently a Divisional Retail Director for Sydenstricker Nobbe Partners and oversees the retail operations for nine John Deere Dealerships across Illinois and Missouri. Chad is also deeply engaged in his community, serving as a former President of the Waterloo Optimists and current Treasurer for the Monroe County Farm Bureau Board. He has two boys, Henry (17) and Liam (15) and is married to Katie, his high school sweetheart, for 20 years.  Chad is committed to advancing the interests of Illinois corn growers and fostering a strong future for agriculture in the state.
